In double cotton serge with a distinctive diagonal weave (and the substantial body typical of double-cloth), it has a crisply tailored look and a very refined finish. Sits at lower waist. Back zip. Stretch lining. Back vent. Hits at knee; 22" long. Import. Dry clean.

Please, note-the hot pink is pictured and mine is sea salt- slightly off white/nearly white. It was purchased 12/2008 and is of a fantastic quality. The current cotton surge skirts do not compare ( sorry, it's true!). Just recouping the cost, so price is firm.
